AeroLyner is an advertising and marketplace platform only. Aircraft listed on this website are offered for sale by independent private sellers, aviation businesses or aircraft dealers. AeroLyner does not own, sell, broker, inspect, appraise, certify, test, verify, or guarantee any aircraft advertised on the platform.

All aircraft information, photographs, documentation, specifications, hours, maintenance history, registration details and descriptions are provided solely by the seller. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied is accurate, complete and not misleading. AeroLyner may, at its discretion, reject, edit, suspend or remove listings that appear inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent or potentially unsafe.

AeroLyner does not verify airworthiness, registration, certification, ownership, maintenance status, damage history, modifications, equipment, or aircraft condition.

Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own independent investigations before purchasing an aircraft. This includes verifying ownership, registration, certification, airworthiness, maintenance history, logbooks, documentation, aircraft condition, operational history and any other relevant information. CASA recommends buyers independently check certification, registration, maintenance and operational history prior to purchase.

Buyers should obtain appropriate professional advice, including legal, technical and aviation expertise, and arrange a qualified pre‑purchase inspection. AeroLyner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, condition, value, airworthiness or suitability of any aircraft advertised.

All aircraft transactions occur directly between the buyer and seller. AeroLyner does not handle deposits, purchase funds, contracts, negotiations or transfer of ownership. AeroLyner is not a party to any sale agreement and accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost or claim arising from or connected with any listing, communication, inspection, transaction or aircraft purchase.
